These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Let's Imagine Me, a service operated from Germany and accessible at https://letsimagine.me that trains a personal AI model from photos you upload and generates new images of you. The service
Let's Imagine Me lets you upload photos of yourself, trains a personal AI model from them, and generates new realistic images of you from prompts and preset styles. Your uploaded photos are used only to train your own model; other users cannot access your uploaded images or your generations, and we do not use them for any other purpose.
Accounts
You access the service through an account created with your email address, optionally via "Sign in with Google". You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use, or access any part of the service. The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Your content and responsibilities
Responsibility for generated content
By using our service, you accept full responsibility for the content you generate. You agree that all content generated through prompts or otherwise using our platform is your sole responsibility, and you warrant that its use and publication do not infringe any third-party rights and comply with all applicable laws.
Ownership of uploaded content
You retain ownership of any information, data, or images you upload ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process such content solely for the purposes of operating and providing the service to you.
Acceptable use
- Rights to use images: You must have the legal right to use any images you upload, including consent from any individuals depicted.
- No underage images: You may not upload images or content featuring individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances. Our moderation automatically rejects any photo that appears to contain a minor.
- No explicit or harmful content: You may not upload nudity, sexually explicit material, or content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination, or that is offensive or harmful to others.
- Copyright compliance: Your uploads must not infringe the copyright or intellectual-property rights of others.
- Compliance with laws: You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using the service.
Do not repurpose or distribute output to harm others
You agree not to repurpose or distribute output generated from our service in any manner that may harm others — including fraud and deception, spamming, bullying and harassment, defamation, discrimination, sexualization of children, and promotion of violence and hatred. Engaging in any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Your subscription status and billing country are shared with us by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. Subscription pricing and inclusions are shown on our Pricing page.
Data protection
Our handling of your personal data — including your uploaded photos, trained models and generated images, the processors we use, retention periods, and your GDPR rights (access, correction, erasure, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent) — is described in full in our Privacy Policy. To exercise any right, or to delete your data, email legal@letsimagine.me.
Security
We take the security of your data seriously and use commercially reasonable measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above; material changes will be announced in the service before they take effect.
